Our Mission is to be a respected national voice for Foster, Kinship and Adoptive Parents through networking, education and advocacy.

Giving Tuesday Is November 29, 2022

Giving Tuesday was established in 2012 as an international day of generosity, with the goal of unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities, and the world. In the 9 years since it began it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and to celebrate their generosity.

Everyone has something to give, from helping a neighbor, being an advocate for an issue that is important to them, sharing or teaching a skill, or by giving to causes that are important. In this time of change, coming together and supporting one another and organizations that impact our lives is more important than ever. It gives us a way to make things a little better, and brings us together in new ways.

Has the work of the National Foster Parent Association touched your life or the life of someone you love?

Would you like to be a part of funding the many new initiatives that we'll be launching in 2023, including new partnerships and access to data, trainings, conferences, and more?

If so, a donation to NFPA this Giving Tuesday ensures that our work to support Foster, Kinship and Adoptive parents will continue for years to come.

Use the form below, and be sure to select 'Giving Tuesday 2022' to indicate what this donation is for - we thank you!

The National Foster Parent Association is a champion for the thousands of families that open their hearts and their homes to the over 400,000 children in out-of-home placement in the US. The NFPA believes in the importance of family-based care for foster children and that every child deserves support and a permanent family.
