April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. It is time for us to do things differently to prevent child abuse and neglect. Building on this concept, the theme of the 23rd National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect and accompanying Prevention Resource Guide is, “Doing Things Differently: Moving From the Challenge to the Change.”

Times are really changing and this FREE Prevention Resource Guide developed by the Children’s Bureau of the Department of Health & Human Services, is an example of change in the best possible way! It takes a new look at innovative ways and provides concrete example to make changes in preventing child abuse and neglect. The theme this year is “Doing Things Differently: Moving From the Challenge to the Change.”
